If you could go back in time 15 years and talk to your past self for an hour, what would you say?

The biggest, most important change I could have made 15 years ago would be to learn about homeopathic medicine. This would have avoided many years of physical and mental pain for many people in my family. There was a period of about 10 horrible years that would have been so very different if we had had knowledge of and access to this technology. Through serendipity I finally did learn about it, found a great doctor, and now things are going really well. But so much sadness, anger, and heartache filled those years that we can’t ever erase.
